Finding an apartment to live in Japan

Finding an apartment or house to live in Japan can be a challenge. There is a certain amount of expense involved. Some landlords may be unwilling to lend to foreigners. Normally, landlords will ask for a Japanese joint guarantor. Depending on the landlord, they also ask for Japanese at a level higher than daily conversation. They all are not yet illegal for them to do so.

We will help you to find an apartment or house and sign the contract with your landlord, which is usually for a term of two years. The contract does not bind you to stay the full two years. you can leave at any time you like. However, you must give your landlord notice of your intention to move before at least 30 days.(sometimes more) Your visa validity period should be
at least 1 year.
 
If you're from abroad and won't be in Japan for the full two years, consider short-term housing "weekly mansions, monthly mansions, share houses or social apartments." They can be renewed on a weekly basis. You can find them on the internet.

We can help only for long-term contract. Normally
 it takes at least one ten days to 2 weeks from application to contract.
